Start your week on a positive note with some mindful meditation practice. This course is suitable for anyone who would like to experience some mindful meditation for the first time, as well as for those with a little more experience. We hope to build a beneficial community to support your practice which in turn has the potential to benefit your well-being.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

- Engage in Mindful Meditation
- Reflect upon my meditation practice
- Identify ways to develop my meditation practice
What else do I need to know?
It's probably best to be in a warm, quiet area and have whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. Whilst this is not an academic course, you may like to take some notes from the information that arises out of the inquiry and feedback following each meditation.
