Creative Writing for Wellbeing

Ref: C3533487

During this course we will write freely and courageously and celebrate the innate creativity in us all! You will be guided through inspiring prompts to write spontaneously in a variety of forms, from memoir and short story to poetry and more. You will have the opportunity to share your work with the rest of the group. Together we will affirm that everyone is creative, that we all have wisdom and humour, and that writing creatively is a great tool for generating joy and insight.
