This course is for you if you want to set up a cake and baked goods small business. We will look at the legal requirements for registering with your local council and the basics of the Environmental Health Office visit. We will look at the best way to promote your business in person and on social media. We will also look at how to price your items to cover the costs of ingredients and overheads and to ensure you make a wage.
