There is a lot of talk about the importance of being connected online these days, and everyone seems to be able to link to the digital world so easily. But if you're not sure, where do you go for help? This course aims to help fill in the gaps in your knowledge of the digital world, looking at how to use the internet, staying safe, composing and sending emails, writing CVs and job applications, online shopping, how to find what you're looking for and when you've found it how to find it again. The course will be tailored to your needs, and we hope that it will be a stepping stone onto a certified course in digital skills.
