This is a virtual walk though some forests discussing what we see, hear and feel when we do this. We look at the enjoyment of nature itself. Using our senses to take in all that we see, hear and feel - to open our eyes to what we might miss when we actually walk with nature. As we walk we often think about what we are doing tomorrow or worrying about COVID etc. instead of relaxing and really looking at what is all around us, absorbing this information as if it is something new, miraculous and for the first time. Some people might see a yellow flower and some a crocus - to me this session is for both types of people and to realise that both people are right for indeed it is a flower but the common ground might be it is a beautiful, small golden yellow flower that is fully open with six petals and it gives a sense of peace. It is that sense of peace we are looking for in our virtual forest walks and any real walks we might take in nature or life.
