During this course you will be producing a mini embroidered sampler depicting plants and flowers from the natural landscape. Learn how to simplify a photo or picture into a basic design to embroider, using traditional embroidery stitches. This course is for improvers and students with a basic hand stitching knowledge and an interest in learning how traditional crafts enhance personal wellbeing.
Course aim
On this course you will be creating a mini embroidered botanical scene. We will be looking at natural scenes and plants, and learning how to translate them into stitching to create a decorative embroidery.
