Journaling for Wellbeing

Ref: C3533352

During this course you will explore different ways of using a journal to document and digest your experience of day to day life from the joys to the challenges, from gratitude to grief and everything in-between. You will be encouraged to be as creative as you wish, to bring beauty and a personal touch for example by adding drawing or collage, as well as writing. We will make the process enjoyable as well as profound, with opportunities to discuss and share as we go along. No prior experience of journaling or skills in writing required.
