During this course you will be encouraged to read a variety of novels, poems, short stories and memoir, both during sessions and in your own time. You will have the opportunity to share your opinions and experiences of what you read in discussions with the rest of the group, and we will explore how reading can support our wellbeing. For example this might be simply through the joy that comes from being entertained or distracted, or through recognising elements of our own experiences in the stories of the characters.
