A look at the overall meaning of Cultural Diversity and then looking at how different world festivals demonstrate Cultural Diversity and its importance to being part of the human race. The session will look at a few of the most recognisable world festivals regarding Cultural Diversity and then some more unusual smaller festivals celebrated in various countries around the world.

Course aim

The course aim is to look at what is meant by Cultural Diversity and how different world festivals demonstrate Cultural Diversity and its importance to being part of the human race.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Know what is meant by Cultural Diversity
  • Know what the top three festivals regarding Cultural Diversity are around the world.
  • Know about at least one smaller less known Cultural Diversity festival.
  • Know where to find more information regarding Cultural Diversity and the festivals that celebrate it around the world.
