Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Feel more self-confident and aware of personal strengths and abilities
- Work effectively and comfortably within a group situation
- Use skills we will learn, in managing anxiety
- Identify some personal goals - whether they are personal or related to work activity etc
What else do I need to know?
There will be no judgements made on any learner. It is a safe environment and one which should feel very relaxed and comfortable.
