There are a variety of ways with which to manage stress and mindfulness is possibly the least expensive and the most effective. We will look at different ways in which to practice mindfulness and will experience a short introductory visualisation.

- List three negative impacts the stress hormone cortisol is responsible for.
- List at least three different types of meditation.
- Be able to count your personal coherent breaths
