Emotion is often misunderstood, sometimes misplaced and often projected onto others. Understanding our own emotions and naming them more effectively can help us to manage stress more competently. This course aims to give you the tools to decode and handle emotion more effectively, and insodoing help you to manage stress more effectively as well.

- List at least three of the five steps to managing emotions
