Understanding who you are is often considered self-indulgent, and yet self knowledge and clarity thereof can lower anxiety and stress and allow us to manage ourselves and others more effectively. This course will encourage you to explore the question, Who am I, in a creative way.

A brief introduction to why understanding your identity is related to being able to handle stress effectively

- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Identify at least two significant influences in your personal identity, which can lead to a greater understanding of self.
- List at least three character traits that influence and drive you, which can help you to gain a greater awareness of handling stress.
What else do I need to know?
Please bring whatever creative materials you would like to work with including paper or something to write/draw on and whatever media you would like to write or draw with.
