Ghosts and Witches Traditions in the Spanish Speaking Countries

Ref: C3533223

In this session we will be looking at different traditions of the Spanish speaking countries around ghosts, witches, pagan celebrations and how they are represented in these cultures nowadays. It is an opportunity to get an inside into the daily lives and cultures of the people of these areas of the world. If you are interested to learn more but want to get away from the more mainstream topics this must just be the session for you.

Course aim

Looking at the shocking and sometimes funny, but definitely strange side of traditions around ghosts, witches, legends and other mysteries of the Spanish speaking word.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • No previous knowledge is necessary, just an open mind and an interest in culture in general.

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • talk to others about how certain celebrations are different in Spanish speaking countries

How will I be taught?

What kind of feedback can I expect?

What else do I need to know?
