A combination of yoga, pilates and exercise for all ages and abilities
Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
- The tutor will offer 3 levels of ability that include beginners, intermediate and advanced.
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Demonstrate a neck stretch
- Demonstrate suitable exercise or stretch for your arms
- Demonstrate suitable exercise or stretch for your legs
- Demonstrate suitable exercise or stretch for your abdominal area
- Describe how you felt after a short mediation
What else do I need to know?
Please wear comfortable clothing, you may want to have a mat or a towel on preferably a soft floor such as carpet or a non slip rug.
