Course aim
This course will take you through the steps of making a perfectly fitted garment and understanding what techniques can be achieved on the sewing machine.

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Be able to measure accurately
- Understanding different types of fabric including woven and knitted fabric
- Complete a portfolio of different sewing machine techniques
- Complete a garment using a commercial pattern

You will need to bring: Sewing machine Thread Pins and sewing needles Dressmaking scissors Snipping scissors Stitch ripper Dressmaker's chalk Fabric and pattern for 2nd lesson Note book and pen Fabric for portfolio will be provided
