Wind Down to Christmas

Ref: C3533137

This taster will give you an idea of the main course which will use a mix of meditation, relaxation and creativity to help overcome stress and difficult emotions. We will explore mindfulness and guided meditation, use different forms of creativity (such as journaling, drawing, painting and writing) to build confidence and explore how we can incorporate healthy habits into our day-to-day lives. If you're feeling stressed out by the time Friday comes around and with all the build up to Christmas, this is the perfect course to learn how to wind down to the weekend to benefit your mind and body.
