Becoming aware of the breath has been used as a beneficial practice in many traditions for thousands of years. We will explore some of the benefits and experience a couple of meditations based around Mindful breathing.

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Have experienced a couple of Mindful meditations using the breath
- Recognised some of the 'mechanics' of breathing and how to breathe optimally
What else do I need to know?
Allow yourself to be in a quiet, warm space without interruptions. You may like to have a notepad and pen if you like to take notes.
