The course aims to extend the previous course to continue to enable learners to further explore and develop ways to well being in a stimulating, safe environment that recognises individual learning needs by promoting well being through nurturing self expression and creativity, with opportunities to develop a range of skills to promote self expression, self confidence and self esteem. Students will be able to: * participate with others in singing a wide selection of songs; *engage in relaxation exercises to music; * learn about artists and paint, draw, or make collage etc to relaxing music; *learn about the importance of exercise for health and well being; *learn about being kind to yourself and communicating with others;. *engage in art activities for relaxation and well being, *engage in creative writing, *learn new things as an important part of well being; Learners will be encouraged to identify their own interests, and to make choices.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Show that I know how to enhance my individual sense of well being in at least three ways.
- Use a range of skills that enable me to enhance my sense of well being. Communicate and discuss learning and choices with others using Zoom.
- Show that I have developed communication skills to enable me to express myself and to share my ideas with others.
- Show that I am able to communicate and reflect on learning, interests, creative ideas, choices and preferences with others using Zoom.
What else do I need to know?
As this is a Zoom course, students would find it helpful to have some or all of the following art materials available. For example: felt tip pens, paper, pastel crayons, scraps of fabric/coloured paper/tissue paper, a note book and pen for writing.
