Yoga for Everyone will be weekly yoga sessions for anyone involved with Hamoaze House. The sessions will be down to earth and accessible for anyone who wants to take part. Every session will include settling in, using our breath, limbering up our bodies, yoga postures and opportunities for meditation and relaxation at the end. Students will be encouraged to practice self-compassion and enabled to become more aware of their bodies, minds and breath.
Course aim
Yoga for Everyone is a course for all those involved with Hamozse House, a down to earth and accessible yoga class for anyone who wants to take part.
Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Practice some yoga breathing techniques with guidance
- Do some physical yoga practices with guidance
- Practice some yoga meditation and relaxation with guidance
- Compassionately become more aware of my body, mind and breath
What else do I need to know?
Yoga is best practised on an empty tummy. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Phones are switched off or on silent during yoga practice.
