This is a 6 week course following the spiritual Sivananda style of yoga. We will look at different aspects of yoga, doing yoga postures but we will also include meditation and chanting. We will do breathing exercises and relaxation, looking at a holistic approach to yoga.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for improvers
- This is for people who have done some yoga before and have some basic understanding.
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- I can use mindfulness practices in the class to find a sense of calm within.
- I can do at least 3 yoga postures.
What else do I need to know?
You need to have a yoga mat, scarf or belt, cushion and blanket. It is important to complete the Pre-exercise quiz before you do the course so I can assess if the class is suitable for you and to see if you need any modifications to access the course.
