Join Chef and Food Writer Kevin Ashton as he demonstrates how to make delicious desserts that will impress your friends and family. We will prepare Treacle Tart, a Classic Italian Chocolate Trifle and a gooey Chocolate Gateaux! There will be a mix of live demonstration and some video clips, that you can play back in your own time when cooking, with plenty of time for questions and chat.

Learn how to produce a range of delicious desserts and cakes.

  • This course is for beginners and improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Appreciate and describe the varying ingredients and methods to create a range of cakes; including Treacle Tart, Italian Chocolate Trifle and a Gateau.
