Join Chef and Food Writer Kevin Ashton as he guides you to create a range of desserts and cakes that will impress your friends and family. We will cover classic tarts, some original cakes and of course recipes for chocolate lovers! There will be a mix of live demonstrations and some video clips that you can play back in your own time when cooking, with plenty of time for questions and chat!

Learn how to make a selection of delicious desserts and cakes.

  • This course is for beginners and improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Acknowledge and appreciate how to create a range of desserts; including Crème Brulee, Bakewell Tart/Pudding and a biscuit paste.
