Do you love creating greeting cards for friends and family and want to try some new techniques - then this course is for you. We will explore paper engineering: the history behind it and some simple and not so simple techniques that create interactive elements for our card making journey. From simple pop-ups, to twist and folds, tabs to pull and sliders to swoosh, and possibly even shakers to create our unique interactive greeting cards.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
- You must have some basic card making supplies to attend this course - card, patterned papers, glue, scissors, ruler, pencil, rubber.
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Create and complete a minimum of two greeting cards with an interactive element.
What else do I need to know?
Basic papercraft supplies - A4 card, card blanks, patterned paper, glue - wet PVA, glue stick, tape runner, double sided tape, score tool and strong ruler or scoreboard, scissors, pencil, eraser.
