Together we will explore what it means to work as a Counsellor. We will also view the role from the perspective of someone who seeks counselling. On this course you can participate in the practical techniques taught: active listening, increasing self-awareness and reflection skills. These are useful whether you are interested in this field of work, or as a support for everyday life. This is part 1 of 2 six week courses where we will explore the world of counselling and what it means to different people. Join Sarah in this supportive and encouraging group.
