We will look at common work place pressures that cause us stress and we will explore different strategies that can be used to deal with them. In this supportive group we will seek to identify specific situations that 'stress you out', evaluating our strategies to see which one best suits a situation. Stress in the workplace is a familiar issue for many. It can have a negative impact on both your mental and physical health. Join this group and spend some time thinking about where your stress in the work place comes from and what you could do to move forward positively.

- Recognise situations that may cause me stress in the work place.
- Identify symptoms of stress in self and others.
- List ways of managing stress.
- Evaluate stress management techniques and apply them to self.
