This course is designed to be a detailed and intensive overview of The Customer Service Sector. Learners will not only get the opportunity to develop their confidence in this area but to also explore and apply the different skills and jobs that relate to Customer service areas.

  • This course is for beginners and improvers
  • An interest in gaining new academic/ employability skills. Regular attendance and commitment to completing the schedule course and applying for work

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Give a basic Description of the term Customer service.
  • Name 3 Job Roles within Customer Service.
  • Give 3 Examples of Positive Behaviour/ attitude within a Customer service situation.
  • Understand Basic Time keeping/ schedule etiquette.
  • List 3 Personal skills that relate to a Customer service role.
