Interested in knowing more about how Stress affects our health and ways to reduce it's effect? Perhaps you would be interested in getting a qualification in this subject? Not sure? This short course is designed to give learners a chance to see what the NCFE Level 1 Award in Stress Awareness Course is about and what is involved. If you enjoy this and want to continue, then you will have the option to join tutor Margaret Mordue in September for the Level 1 Award in Stress Awareness Course. We will be looking at the topics and learning outcomes for the accredited course; how we will use Canvas; we'll cover some basic information about stress and how it affects our mind and body and we will also include a practical element to the session by performing stress releasing gentle seated stretches and moves with meditation to actively reduce stress and anxiety. A perfect combination of information and relaxation!
