This is a face-to-face course which supports learners to develop their skills in English and fitness. Learners will be encouraged to recognise the benefits of regular practice of English with fitness activities, improve their physical and mental well-being. Learners will learn how to follow instructions in English, use English for simple inquiries and improve their coordination, balance, cardio, suppleness and strength through a variety of movements and exercises.
Course aim
To provide learners with the opportunity to experience English to music in an environment conducive to their relaxation. Learners will be given instructions on posture, movement, breathing and visualizations

- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- identify muscles used in the fitness session in English
- demonstrate movements to music a full routine
- demonstrate in a group English dances to music and follow tutor's instructions in English
- feel confident as a individual to express themselves in English
- demonstrate progression in a quiz
