This is a taster session for the Level 3 ILM Leadership & Management Course. This course is for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal qualifications, and are serious about developing and improving their skill set and ability.

Course aim

This is a taster course for the Level 3 ILM Leadership & Management Course. The single session will provide you with an insight of what the level 3 course covers and what you can expect when participating on the course.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners and improvers
  • Before you can join this course you will need to talk to a member of staff and do an initial assessment to make sure the course is right for you. Please call the Student Support Team on 0300 303 3464

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • To participate in a group discussion
  • To demonstrate your written skills in a short activity
  • To apply good listening skills during discussion
  • To engage with others on the course
