Women have been writing poetry for many centuries. Often though their offerings have been overshadowed by the words of men. Each week we will explore poetry by women in consecutive centuries. Texts will be provided, and participants will be invited to share poems that inspire them. This will be an interactive rather than a lecture format. The course calendar will indicate the poets and themes to be discussed each week.
