The course will highlight the main political and social themes of Britain in the 1970s and its changing role in the world. It will also explore how Britain's membership of the EEC affected Britain's economy and its relationship with the USA. Finally the course will highlight the main features of the Watergate Scandal and how this affected USA's foreign policy
