This course will build students' confidence through discussing ways to combat stress and negative thinking, as well as exploring ways to be assertive and how to set achievable and positive goals for the future.

Course aim
To build students' confidence and reduce the negative impacts of stress.
Do I need any particular skills or experience?

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Identify at least one negative impact that being stressed might have on me
- Identify at least one way to combat the negative impacts of stress
- Describe at least one situation when I may need to set a boundary with another person
- Identify at least one way to be assertive
- Set at least one positive goal for the future
