To build students’ confidence in their money management abilities, including looking at ways to make savings and stick to a budget. This course will also help students to identify budgeting tools to assist them to manage their money and identify where they can make changes to help the save money.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Identify priority and non-priority spending
- Identify at least one budgeting tool to manage their money more effectively
- Identify at least 2 ways to cut back on spending
- Identify at least 1 effective way to save money on food
- Set a SMART saving goal
What else do I need to know?
- Nothing else is needed - a notebook and pen would be helpful
