During this 6 week course, we will look at friendships and family relationships as well as romantic relationships and partners. We will: Explore which qualities I have to offer as a friend, and which qualities I am looking for in a friend to form a healthy, balanced relationship. Use the relationship continuum to explore signs of good and bad behaviours within all types of relationships. Identify the qualities of a suitable partner and discuss how to form positive, healthy romantic relationships. Set relationship boundaries, including keeping secrets, recognise when they are being tested and consider ways to enforce my boundaries.

- identify the safe boundaries that I need to set for a positive relationship
- explain the difference between safe and harmful secrets
