The course will teach you various ways of using resistance bands to music to be able to do seated exercise that will help you improve mobility, flexibility and make you feel better both physically and mentally. You will not only be taught seated exercise but various other ways of keeping yourself healthy and happy such as therapies like EFT and meditation. We will be looking at all these therapies and the benefits of them.
Course aim
The course will teach you various ways to keep healthy both mentally and physically. You will learn about seated exercise, physio balls , resistance balls , meditation and EFT.

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Begin to learn how to use physio balls to help with muscle strength.
- Learn about the benefits and history of laughter yoga and how it can help improve our health.
- Begin to understand how to use bands to help strengthen the muscles.
- Learn 3 basic moves for seated exercises.
- Begin to understand how to carry out EFT (emotional freedom technique) and its benefits.
