The 1 day taster will give you a taste of various ways to keep healthy both mentally and physically. You will get a glimpse of seated exercise to music, laughter yoga and meditation.
Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Understand how to carry out 2 basic exercise moves to music and begin to understand the benefits of gentle exercise.
- Begin to understand how to carry out Laughter Yoga and its benefits.
