The course will teach you various exercises for resistance bands and physio balls to help strengthen you muslces. You will also learn how to do seated exercise with music and do meditation. You will be taught about alternative therapies and how they benefit you. You will learn how to do Emotional Freedom Technique and laughter yoga.
Course aim
The course will teach you various ways to keep healthy both mentally and physically. You will learn about seated exercise, laughter yoga, using physio balls, resistance balls and alternative therapies all of which can help ourselves to feel better.

By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Build muscle strength by understanding how to correctly use physio balls.
- Learn about the benefits and history of laughter yoga and how it can improve our health.
- Learn about the different ways to meditate.
- Learn about alternative therapies and how they work.
- Develop skills to understand the different ways to keep positive.
