Excel for Household Budgeting

This is a non-accredited course for those who have basic Excel knowledge and would like to improve their Excel skills using Microsoft Office 2016.

Course aim

The course aims are for the learners to gain confidence using Microsoft Excel application to create spreadsheets for household budgeting

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Build on skills to enter and edit data accurately.
  • Build on skills to insert, replicate and format arithmetical formulae.
  • Build on understanding in use of common numerical formatting and alignment.
  • Build on skills in managing and printing spreadsheet documents as well as graph and chart documents.
  • Develop skills to produce pie charts, line graphs and bar/column charts.
