Managing my Menopause with Megan Wadsworth

Ref: C2346659

Every woman's experience of the menopause is different so this workshop offers the opportunity to discuss your symptoms, remedies and share your concerns. Its a subject that has received more publicity recently (thankfully) as historically it often got ignored, or women experiencing severe symptoms were treated sceptically/poorly. This 2hr session will offer useful information, help with signposting (to trusted reliable/sources) and provide alternative avenues to explore to make your menopausal years more manageable, with or without HRT.

Course aim

This workshop offers the opportunity to discuss symptoms, remedies and share concerns. The aim will be to offer information, helpful signposting and avenues to explore to make the menopausal years more managable, with or without HRT.
