It is a tutor-led session that will aim to point you to the first steps on the exciting journey to find your roots.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Identify at least two good reasons for researching your family history.
  • Compile a simple pedigree tree
  • Access at least three online sources for your research
