This course is about connecting with nature, through a mindfulness exercise and various activities out in nature. We will then explore expressing the experience in an artistic way, through painting and drawing, writing.

This course is about improving our mental health through creative connection with nature and artistic expression.

- This course is for beginners and improvers
- This session is for anyone wanting to explore improving mental health and well being through creativity.
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Use a mindfulness/meditative practice to connect with nature.
- Explore 3 creative exercises for artistic expression
- Share /discuss your experience with the group.
- Create a visual diary from activities
What else do I need to know?
You will need a sketch book or paper, paints , drawing materials. Other materials can be discussed on course.
