Course aim
The course aims to explore how anxiety affects the mind & body, how to change anxious thinking cycles & relax more effectively. If you'd like to know how to deal with panic attacks, overwhelming feelings & generalised anxiety, this course is for you.

- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Give a brief explanation of what anxiety is
- Describe how anxiety affects our bodies and minds and give an example of how it affects me
- Explain how our thoughts and responses impact on our anxiety
- Use at lease 2 positive techniques for self-management of my thoughts and responses
- Develop personalised coping strategies to work along side self-management of thoughts, which will help me move forward
What else do I need to know?
- A notebook and pen will be useful to keep your own notes
