Job seeking can be very stressful time in life. Finding new positive ways to manage and improve your mental resilience can be really helpful to remove that stress and give you ways to overcome those worries and concerns.
Course aim
A short course to help you improve your ability to manage jobseeker stress.
Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners and improvers
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Understand what stress is, why it is useful and how it can effect us mentally and physically.
- Develop understanding of what mental resilience is
- Evaluate own mental resilience levels when in and out of stressful times.
- Develop use of empathy and objectivity to better manage feelings and resilience levels during stressful times.
- Learn different coping skills to help manage stress.
