- Use a number of implements to prepare vegetables
- Explain the benefits of a balanced diet
What else do I need to know?
You will need to purchase ingredients for recipes, these will be posted on canvas approximately 1 week prior to cookery. You will need use of a basic kitchen including an oven, hob, blender or stick blender, weighing scales, and so on.
