This course will take one key principles of positive psychology and break it down in manageable chunks so that students can apply them to their own lives. We will also consider what happiness is and how we can harness as much of it as possible.

A brief introduction into the key principles of positive psychology and a number of practical tasks to help use them in day to day life.

- Identify one area for personal development based on the principles of positive psychology
- Set an approach goal
- Reflect upon techniques suggested and how effective they have been in your own life
