Building Digital Confidence

A fun and interactive course to help to build digital confidence in learners. This course will be paced in a way to ensure that all learners are able to achieve and course content will be geared around individual needs. This course will help to support learners with low digital skills whilst also assisting learners with specific learning goals to assist them in becoming more confident with tasks on the internet and with using certain applications, email, or other computer programs.

Course aim

A fun and interactive session to help learners to feel more relaxed using the Internet and various applications.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners
  • This course is for improvers
  • This course is for beginners and improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Fill in an online form
  • Understand more about file management
  • Be able to rename files and locate them after they have been saved
  • Have a better understanding of different icons on the ribbon and how and when to use them
  • Use some additional icons on the ribbon for specific purposes within computer programs and within email

  • You declare that the address you provide is correct and that you will provide evidence of this and your eligibility to live and work in the UK
