You will learn a variety of techniques to produce your own range of decorative papers. Papers will be produced during the session and ideas given so that you may develop the techniques further in your own time. We will look at pattern, colour, resist, print and more. A fun session where you will produce papers for all sorts of arts and crafts - collage, decoupage, card making, journaling, book making….

Course aim

Decorative papers have a variety of uses from card making to collage. Explore loads of different techniques to produce your own unique papers.

Do I need any particular skills or experience?

  • This course is for beginners and improvers

By the end of the course I should be able to:

  • Experiment with 'resist'
  • Experiment with print
  • Experiment with layering
  • Produce sample papers using a range of techniques
