Through the craft of origami you will develop the following skills simultaneously; listening, following instructions, hand to eye coordination and concentration.
Course aim
This course looks at a practical, fun craft which promotes creativity - Origami. The activity enables them to practise listening, following intructions whilst being rewarded with simple creations
Do I need any particular skills or experience?
- This course is for beginners
By the end of the course I should be able to:
- Create at least 4 structures using the origami technique, from simple to as complex as they are able.
- Demonstrate the ability fo listen and follow instructions
- Develop hand/eye coordination and concentration skills
What else do I need to know?
- You will need to have paper, A4 size or actual squared origami sheets. Scissors would be useful.
