Arts and crafts as a sensory and enjoyable experience with a focus on relaxation and helping to reduce stress, in an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. Building a welcoming, friendly, and safe atmosphere together to be creative in. Enjoy creating arts and crafts using colour and shapes to create mandalas, cards and envelopes. Taking time to explore simple relaxation techniques using breathing exercises and mindfulness of our hands and feet.

- Create a mandala pattern.
What else do I need to know?
We will have a break for lunch. Please wear clothing suitable for working with arts and crafts materials, which includes acrylic paint.
